For “My – ZA!”, a construction company from Tula, we launched what seems to be the most honest outdoor advertising for real estate.


When it’s something that’s very important do not believe in endless promises — you just need to make sure that you get the keys and move in without any hassle.


We decided to get rid of all the prettiness of graphic design, trendy typography, renders, stock photos, photo shoots, illustrations, photoshopping, extenders, ambient, TV stars, a famous singer, a popular blogger, a rugged athlete, a VR show, a QR-code, a phone, a website, ambiguous slogans, naked women, hints, sales, Black Friday and price dumping, and just use a simple and clear message: “We don’t want to trick you and try to actively “sell” you anything. We do have houses ready though.” Only texts, only minimalistic design, honest and straightforward.
