    • You’ll need to:

      • Build long-term partnerships with clients and bring their needs to life;
      • Implement complex creative solutions developed by the creative department;
      • Create a project team, distribute tasks, resources, set and ensure deadlines, control the quality of work performed;
      • Timely solve problems arising in the process of project implementation, resolve conflicts;
      • Interact and collaborate with agency partners.

      We expect:

      • You have at least 2 years of experience in an advertising agency (atl, btl, digital);
      • You have experience working with video content, you have good expertise in digital, it’s great if you participated in the development of communication strategies;
      • You can rovide quality customer service, manage expectations and deadlines internally and externally;
      • You are able to develop relationships with clients, increase revenue and build long-term partnerships;
      • You are not afraid of budgets of any complexity and no amount of paperwork scares you;
      • You really understand the difference between forward-management and high-quality work with comments and deadlines;
      • You have experience in managing project teams, you know how to delegate and competently formulate tasks and emails;
      • You are open to different opinions, bring harmony, positivity and mutual understanding to all the processes;
      • You adhere to healthy and authentic communication standards (both internally with the team and externally with the clients).
    • You’ll need to:

      • Develop the visual part of advertising ATL-campaigns, digital, 360, and social media content;
      • Create KV;
      • Prepare materials for client presentations;
      • Prepare production briefs;
      • Work on new business projects;
      • Supervise during filming.

      We expect:

      • 3+ years of experience as a Designer;
      • Willingness to work a lot as an individual contributor;
      • Interest in coming up with and generating ideas, not just completing tasks;
      • Experience in ATL;
      • Filming (photo and video) experience;
      • Proficiency of the Adobe package (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma;
      • Understanding of UI/UX;
      • A big plus: experience in digital and motion design skills.
    • You’ll need to:

      • Develop the visual part of advertising ATL-campaigns, digital, 360, and social media content;
      • Create KV;
      • Prepare materials for client presentations;
      • Prepare production briefs;
      • Work on new business projects;
      • Supervise during filming.

      We expect:

      • 5+ years of experience at a communication advertising agency, senior level;
      • Filming experience;
      • Good craft, great presentation skills;
      • Not only hands, but also the head – it is important to be able to brainstorm and generate ideas;
      • Ability to think not only in visual images, but also in videos, mechanics and activations;
      • Experience in digital is a plus;
      • Ability to deliver 360 campaigns on a turnkey basis
    • You’ll need to:

      • Organize tenders for contractors for the production of advertising videos;
      • Set tasks and monitor the progress of work on video and photo projects;
      • Control the projects’ budgets and timelines;
      • Manage project documentation.

      We expect:

      • 3+ years of experience as a video producer at a large advertising agency or as an executive producer at an ad video production agency;
      • Understanding of all advertising video production processes, from idea creation, tendering, actual production, to delivery of the final product;
      • Knowledge of the advertising video market, you keep up with the trends and can easily name your favorite directors and cameramen in advertising and which of the latest projects were especially memorable for you;
      • Understanding of budgets, trade unions, rates and could draw up a project budget by yourself;
      • You know all the stages of advertising production and can plan the project and monitor its implementation;
      • Sufficient technical background - you are not easily scared by .xml .wav h264 and other abbreviations;
      • You are not afraid of paperwork and have basic knowledge of document management;
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Keynote.
    • We love sharing knowledge, so we provide internships in design, account management, creative, production, and strategy. Usually they last about three months, with a workload of 20 hours per week. For details, please contact hr@grape.ru.
